Blessings to all of you beautiful souls and may this be catching you in the best of health and creative spirit.


No matter where you are on the emotional scale of feelings right now..realize that both sadness and happiness are both contributing to your balance if you allow yourself to just feel deep and think/feel high..


Sometimes the pain might feel unbearable and the joy feels too good.. almost unreal!


Learn how to feel but also how to observe, learn how to take lessons and how to let go, learn how to give gratitude and how to bless and release what is not serving your heights good.


Learn how to think when you feel and feel when you think 🤔 when you understand the collaboration between our three brains(your head brain, your heart brain, your gut brain) you will understand the importance of the coherency between our mind thoughts and heart feelings. When they are in conflict you will be feeling a disharmony in what ever it is your feelings or thoughts that you are invested in.


Today why not start being more aware of your thoughts and emotions so you can detect where or what may be causing a vibrational misalignment and feelings of distress and heaviness.


When you are in that awareness you will be able to regulate your emotions and prioritize your attention a lot better. Your EQ Emotional Intelligence will increase and your stressors will decrease.


Nothing is more valuable than the inner peace YOU can give yourself by the choices and clarity of direction you provide to your life. While you remain emotionally, mentally and spiritually flexible and adaptable YOU must do your part by doing your best every day to what you have control over. You will witness a much better quality of your souls journey daily.
